The company Servicemind employ approximately 10,000 mystery shoppers all over Europe. These mystery shoppers collect data about shops that help Servicemind perform analyses, evaluations and final consultations for the retail and restaurant sectors. These are carried out in 40 countries all over the world, with a strong focus upon mystery shopping and customer interviews.
The site is Joomla based system with multiple languages, mystery shopper login Flash sequences - all controlled from the backend by administrators having specific access levels and therefore controlling different areas of the site.
